(Time in Phnom Penh, Cambodia). Prof. Ian Coxhead, a development economist from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, will discuss issues over employment and schooling in the region (and beyond), while Dr Chheng Kimlong, AVI Vice President and Director of the AVI Centre for Governance Innovation and Democracy (CGID), will moderate the webinar.
