State-building Experiences from the Mekong Region: How to Avoid Failed State Scenario

Welcome to Volume 4, Issue 2 of the Mekong Connect Magazine, a joint publication between the Asian Vision Institute (AVI) and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Cambodia Office. This Issue comprises eight analytical articles focusing on “state-building experiences from the Mekong region” to provide insights into the specific contexts, factors, and experiences each country in the Mekong region has gone through in its state-building process.
