CHHENG Meng Kheang got his Bachelor Degree of Economic, specialized in Enterprise Management from Royal University of Law and Economic in 2018, and Graduate Diploma of English Language Skills at Pannasastra University of Cambodia back in 2014. He has engaged in professional settings since 2017 by interning with a few training programs by facilitators about life skill training, personal development, team-building activities, leadership, technical and nontechnical report writing, and effective communication. He is currently an Programme Coordinator at Centre for Governance Innovation and Democracy of the Asian Vision Institute.
