Mr. Chhan Pirun holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a certificate in International Economics from the Department of International Studies (DIS), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). He is also a YSEALI academic fellow on social entrepreneurship and economic development at the University of Connecticut, U.S.A.

Mr. Pirun is a junior economist at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community (Phnom Penh Hub).
