Mr. Cheunboran Chanborey
Mr. Cheunboran Chanborey is a PhD candidate at the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre, Australian National University. He is also an advisor to the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia.
He earned a Master in Public Management from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, in conjunction with the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; M.A. in Diplomacy and International Studies from Rangsit University, Thailand; and B.A. in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
He has published articles in the Diplomat, Thinking ASEAN, Khmer Times, and the Cambodian Institute for Strategic Studies. The areas of his interest include Cambodia’s foreign policy, small state foreign policy, and security studies and international relations in East Asia.
